May Sheung Yu Mei is a music enthusiast who plays the Chinese musical instruments Guzheng and Dizi. Despite being diagnosed with mild intellectual disability, she learnt dancing and Guzheng from Ms Ma Yu Hong, a Central Conservatory of Music graduate. At school, May joined the Chinese School Orchestra and the Marching Band. After graduating, May works as a teaching assistant, at the same time continuing her studies in Guzheng and giving public performances.
