Type of Disability:Spasm

INTRODUCTION

Despite having only limited control over her hand movement due to cerebal palsy, Kelly is determined to not let her disability get in the way of pursuing her passion in painting. Her interest in art was sparked by a painting course she took in 2003 at the SAHK‘s Bradbury Tak Tin Workshop, where she continues to work as a pottery painting designer today.

Kelly regularly participates in various art events. In 2006 her artworks were featured at the 1st International Festival of Inclusive Arts. In the same year she collaborated with a group of architects to create several watercolour paintings, which were featured on curtains used for decorating the walls inside the Aberdeen Tennis and Squash Centre.
